WILLIAM M. HASSEBROCK
President & CEO (Italy / U.S.)

Bill has more than 25 years of experience as an executive, entrepreneur, board member, consultant and venture capitalist in a wide range of technology-related industries and corporate environments. The founder of four successful entrepreneurial ventures, he most recently served as founder and CEO of Venture Catalyst Partners where he provided "hands-on" consulting services to start-up and emerging growth companies. In 2001, he moved to Italy to form Ventura Verde. In both the U.S. and Italy, Mr. Hassebrock has had significant experience in the financing, construction, renovation and development of single-family residences, apartment buildings, and condominiums.

MICHAEL L. MEYERS
Vice President (U.S.)

Mike retired from the San Francisco law firm of Coblentz, Patch, Duffy and Bass LLP at the end of 2005, after practicing with the firm for 34 years primarily in the area of commercial real estate. He was a partner with the firm for 29 years and served as the firm's Managing Partner through much of the 1980's. After retirement, he joined the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association where he currently serves as President.

TYLER PHILLIPS

Tyler has nearly 35 years experience in strategic planning, international business development, and the creation and management of organizations that provide extraordinary customer service. In 1998 he retired from leadership of a corporate concierge firm he had founded in 1983 and has recently completed the creation of an Italian Farmhouse on the hills overlooking San Francisco Bay. An expert in customer service, productivity, and organizational change he is a frequent speaker at business groups. Prior to forming his own company he worked as a strategic planner and international business development executive with the General Electric Company for 14 years.

DANIEL I. WILKOWSKY

Dan is an environmental engineer with experience in worldwide design and construction. He has had positions with CRB Consulting Engineers in San Jose, California, and CH2M-IDC. Dan was the Director of Environmental and Safety Services for National Semiconductor for 16 years. He has specialized expertise in site selection and environmental permitting, auditing, design and construction of waste treatment and abatement systems, chemical recycling, and environmental management systems for industrial facilities. His previous experience includes engineering positions at East Bay Municipal Utility District, Jacobs Engineering, and the California Regional Water Quality Board.

MEG DALZIEL
Real Estate and Marketing Coordinator (U.S.)

Meg has been a successful Realtor in the San Francisco Bay area since 1993. She has significant experience in all aspects of the real estate business with particular expertise in market analysis, property valuation, client services and real estate marketing and advertising. Before becoming a real estate professional Meg owned and operated several businesses, including a construction and remodeling firm working in Sun valley, Idaho, and Palo Alto, California.

MARTIN STUBENRAUCH
Senior Architect (Spoleto, Italy)

Martin is the managing partner of Stubenrauch Biondini Architettura, one of central Italiy's most respected architecture firms. He has had more than 20 years of experience designing and supervising the construction and restoration of private residences, hotels and resorts, public housing, office buildings, retail stores, stadiums, and theaters in Germany, the United States, and Italy. Since 1998, he has lived and worked in Italy where he has received a wide range of private commissions and supervised the structural redevelopment of many historic buildings damaged in the 1997 earthquake. Among his more noteworthy projects are the restoration of a 12th-century church and the transformation of an antique olive mill into a luxury hotel. FEDERICO MAURI
Landscape Designer (Viterbo, Italy)

Since 1988, Federico has been a registered landscaping professional in the Viterbo province (northern Lazio) providing a wide range of landscape design, irrigation and agriculture services to public and private clients. In addition, he is a consultant for investments in the agriculture field. From 1982 to 1988 he served as the resident manager for many landscaping and land reclamation projects in the Middle East where he gained substantial expertise in desert irrigation. He was also an F.A.O. consultant in 1985, 1989 and 1991. Over the last four years, he personally restored a medieval castle tower in the town of Vitorchiano.
